CUSTOM ARTWORK

How long does it take to draw?

Usually it takes 3-5 days to draw and show you a design preview. If you'd like to make any revisions this may take an extra couple of days.


You can also utilize our Fast-Track service where we will produce your artwork in 48 hours. 


After you confirm the design and are 100% satisfied, it will be shipped out in 2-3 days.

What if I don't have good photos?

Sometimes you may be buying as a gift for someone else and not have the best photos to work with. However, there's no need to worry as our designers can use stock images of a similar car to assist. Just make sure to let us know of every unique detail of the vehicle.

What photo will work best?

For us to produce the best quality artwork please ensure your image is high-quality and in good natural lighting (try to avoid filters!). Also ensure you have taken it at the angle which you would like it to be drawn, our artists draw in the angle of your main image. 


Feel free to upload extra images so we can capture more details (badges, stickers, etc.)

Can I see my design before shipping?

Don't worry! All artwork is sent to you prior to shipping for you to confirm. If we've missed something or you'd like something changed, we can do that for you right away. We won't make and ship your art until you are 100% satisfied!

Do you just do Cars and Motorbikes?

We can design an Artwork of any vehicle, of any description. Got a yacht? Plane? Maybe you roll around on a Unicycle? We don't judge, we just Draw Your Ride.


Our Artists are incredibly talented and have many years of experience bringing your Rides in to unique, personalised Artwork.

How do you produce the artwork?

Great question, and this is something we are really proud of.


All Artwork is digitally hand-drawn by our expert team of skilled Artists. No Photoshop trickery or clever filters here, each piece is uniquely drawn exactly to the specifications of your Ride.

Will my Artwork be Vertical or Horizontal?

Most Artwork produced will be Horizontal, however we usually leave it to our Artists' discretion. If you really want a specific style, just let us know. Most backgrounds and vehicles can work either way. We're also happy to change it around once we've shown the preview, just let us know!

What are the shipping times?

Do you really offer Free Worldwide Shipping?

Yes we do! We work with over 50 production partners worldwide to ensure your product is produced and delivered quickly and in an eco-friendly way. It also means we're able to reduce the cost of shipping to you (making it free!). We do offer Expedited/Express shipping options which you will find at checkout.


All parcels sent out include tracking, so you'll always know where your Artwork is!

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, all orders are sent out with tracking. You'll recieve the tracking number and delivery updates via email and/or text.

Can you design the artwork faster?

We can definitely do this, with our Fast Track Service we can design your artwork in under 48 hours. Please be aware that you will still have to pay for Expedited shipping and this is only for the designing phase. Perfect for last minute Digital Downloads!

Will my order arrive for Christmas?

Our Artwork makes the most amazing Christmas Gift for an Automotive enthusiast.


Most of the time, our Christmas cut-off date is December 12th


However as each Holiday season is a little different, we'll announce the final date closer to the time.

Do you offer Gift Wrapping?

Unfortunately we do not currently offer a Gift Wrapping service. However it's something we're looking into in the future!


Don't worry, all orders are sent in non-branded packaging without any invoice or mention of price. Meaning they're ready to be wrapped by you at home!


returns / refunds

Do you offer Refunds, what if I'm not happy with the design?

We take huge pride in our Artists work and we believe you'll never be dissapointed with what they produce.


As such, we offer an Artwork Happiness Guarantee, if after designing and making any corrections you like, you still aren't happy we'll refund you. However, we will try to work with you and ensure it is exactly how you'd like. This is why we offer unlimited revisions, free of charge.


After the Artwork has been designed and you have approved it, we cannot accept Refunds or Returns as the Artwork is unique and a one-off, taking our Artists a lot of time and effort. If your Artwork arrives damaged, get in touch with us and we will send a replacement.
